    In an age when most professional athletes are employing or have access to sports psychologists this excellent book gives us mere mortals a chance to understand what it's all about. Well worth a read, has definitely given my training an edge.

    I received this book from Ben earlier this week, I haven't read all of of it yet due to work commitments but from what I have read this is a great read, top guy too. If you can get your hands on a copy do so
